SME TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT INVESTMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM
DETAILS
The purpose of the program is;
- a) Production and commercialization of products resulting from R&D or innovation activities
- b) To ensure the production and commercialization of products that are in the field of medium - high and high technology and will contribute to the current account by the domestic industry.
The application to be made under item (a) must be made by enterprises with the following certified products showing that they have completed the R & D project, which was received at most 5 years ago.
- a) Technological products resulting from R&D and innovation projects supported by various institutions or international funds;
- b) Products protected with a patent certificate,
- c) Products emerging as a result of the doctoral study,
ç) Products that have received the Technological Product Experience (TÜR) Certificate,
- For applications to be made under item (a);
- a) The product is in the medium-high and advanced technology area,
- b) Contribution of the product to the current account,
- c) Project budget does not exceed 10.000.000 TL,
ç) The applicant's application with the stakeholder.
Are essential.
- The support period is at least 8, maximum 36 months and the support rate is 60%.
- The maximum amount of support for applications to be made within the scope of item (a) is 300.000 TL for low and medium technology fields, and 1.000.000 TL in total, 700.000 TL with refunds; 1.500.000 TL grant for medium-high and high technology areas, and a total of 5.000.000 TL of which 3.500.000 TL is refundable.
- The maximum amount of support for applications made under item (b) is 6,000,000 TL in total, 1,800,000 TL non-refundable and 4,200,000 TL refundable.
- 30% of the amount of support to be provided for machinery-equipment (including mold) and software expenses is offered as a grant and 70% as a refund. However, if the items in question comply with the communiqué on domestic goods or if open source software is used in the project, the grant rate can be increased by 15 points and the refundable support rate can be reduced by the same rate. Machinery-equipment and software must be purchased new.
- 30% of the amount of support to be provided for production line design expenses is offered as a grant and 70% as a refund. This support amount cannot exceed 3% of the support provided for machinery and equipment.
- 30% of the amount of support to be provided for training and consultancy expenses is offered as a grant and 70% as a refund. The upper limit of this support is 30,000 TL if the investment is in the field of low and medium-low technology, and 150,000 TL in the medium-high and high technology area.
- 30% of the amount of support to be provided for promotion and marketing expenses is offered as a grant and 70% as a refund. The upper limit of this support is 200,000 TL.
- All of the support to be provided for personnel expenses is non-refundable and the upper limit of the personnel expenses support is 30% of the non-refundable support upper limit. The business can only benefit from the SME Technological Product Investment Support Program once. Machinery, equipment, hardware and software purchased within the scope of the project cannot be rented or transferred for 3 years.
