SMEs and cooperatives subject to Law No. 6102 can benefit from this support program.
The aim of the program is to include technological products, whose R&D and innovation activities are carried out in our country, in international markets, to include domestic technology-intensive start-ups in advanced entrepreneurship ecosystems and to increase exports.
- Within the scope of the program to be carried out abroad, non-refundable support is provided for general expenses related to accelerator office rent (office, table, meeting room, etc.), training, consultancy, mentoring, business management, law, intellectual and industrial property rights, transportation, accommodation and organization.
- The duration of the program is 3 years for each business involved in the process. After the completion of the 3-year period, the program can be restarted at the request of the enterprise.
- The upper limit of the support that can be given to the enterprise during the program period is 60.000 USD, and the support rate is 80%. The owner or partner of the business can participate in the program.
The maximum amount of support that can be provided for each participation per business is 15,000 USD, and only one person can be covered in each organization.
- The participant must have obtained at least 60 points from YDS or YÖKDİL or graduated from at least 4-year higher education institutions that teach in the language of the program in the country or abroad.
- The program consists of two sub-programs, the organizational international accelerator program and the international accelerator program to be participated individually.
- In the organizational international accelerator program, support is given to enterprises to participate in international accelerator programs to be organized individually or together by KOSGEB, universities, technology development zone management companies, technology transfer offices and private incubators / accelerators.
- In order to organize the organizational international accelerator program, at least 5 and at most 10 businesses registered with KOSGEB must take place during the application.
- In the international accelerator program that will be participated individually, the enterprise must apply individually by choosing the program they want to participate in among the international accelerators approved by KOSGEB and announced on its website.
- It is essential for the enterprise wishing to participate individually to receive acceptance from the relevant accelerator, and the accelerator program should include at least two of the activities of mentoring services, meetings with venture capitalists and business angels, training / consultancy services, and access to other professional networks that will facilitate the internationalization of the enterprise.
- In the international accelerator program that will be participated individually, the accommodation period for each program to be participated is limited to 30 days, the upper limit of the daily accelerator ground rental fee is 50 USD and the daily accommodation upper limit is 200 USD. Economy class ticket prices are based on transportation expenses.
