BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM
DETAILS
The aim of the program is to increase the competitiveness, institutionalization-branding levels and share of small and medium-sized businesses in the economy, to develop their capacities and to meet their priority needs.
- The duration of the support program is 2 years and the business can apply again to the support program only once, if it applies from the date the program is completed.
- The support rate is applied at a minimum rate of 60% and non-refundable until there is a contrary provision in the direction of increasing.
- Domestic Fair Support: 250 TL / m2 in Domestic International Special Fairs, 150 TL / m2 in Domestic Special Fairs and Izmir International Fair, 1.000 TL / m2 in IDEF International Defense Industry Fair, 500 TL / m² in other defense industry fairs and aviation and space fairs, during the program, a maximum of 4 fairs and a total of 50,000 TL support is provided. Maximum 50 m² area per business is supported.
- Overseas Business Trip Support: Accommodation, transportation, translation and guidance services, fair entrance fees, meeting organization expenses are supported between 5,000 TL or 10,000 TL per trip, depending on the destination country, and a maximum of 30,000 TL in total. At least 10 businesses that are up to date with KOSGEB must participate in the trip program. Business trip programs organized by KOSGEB for the finalists determined within the scope of KOSGEB SME and Entrepreneurship Awards are supported by 100% regardless of the upper limits of support for one-time Overseas Business Trip Support.
- Qualified Employee Employment Support: A payment is made over the daily value calculated by multiplying the daily limits obtained by dividing the minimum net wage by 30 for a minimum of 2-year university graduates and a maximum of 4 personnel who will be newly employed in the enterprise on a full-time basis, by the coefficients defined according to the graduation status in the legislation. The upper limit of the support is 50,000 TL. 20% is added to the support rate if the qualified employee meets at least one of the conditions for being a new graduate, female, disabled, first degree martyr or veteran.
- Design Support: Service purchases for product design are supported at most 2,000 TL per design, 10,000 TL if the designs result in a registration certificate, and a maximum of 50,000 TL in total.
- Industrial Property Rights Support: Expenses of Patent, Utility Model, Industrial Design Registration, Integrated Circuit Topographies Registration and Trademark Registration documents are 5,000 TL per document for TURKPATENT institution, 10,000 TL for equivalent institutions abroad, a maximum of 30,000 TL is supported. Documents to be obtained from TÜRKPATENT are 100% supported. However, the support rate for the patent attorney and trademark attorney expenses subject to the support is applied as 60% (sixty).
- Certification Support: Costs of documents such as product, system, personnel, laboratory accreditation, occupational health and safety management system, halal food can be supported between 2500 TL and 10.000 TL per document, and a maximum of 50.000 TL in total, depending on the nature of the certificate. Documents to be obtained from TSE are 100% supported.
- Test and Analysis Support: Except for the services received from KOSGEB laboratories, service expenses in the fields of testing, analysis, control-inspection and calibration to be received from university, public or domestic / foreign accredited laboratories are supported up to a maximum of 50,000 TL in total and testanalysis expenses below 500 TL excluding VAT are not supported.
- Energy Efficient Electric Motors Replacement Support: The change of energy efficient motors of enterprises operating in OIZs, which is included as a pilot implementation in the project of promoting energy efficient motors in small and medium sized enterprises in Turkey (TEVMOT), is supported up to a maximum of 80,000 TL. In the event that equipment certified for domestic goods is purchased within the scope of the support, 15 points are added to the support rate.
- Independent Assessment Support: Up to 20.000 TL is provided for the independent assessment report expenses of the enterprises for their project applications to the Technology Oriented Industry Move Program of the Ministry of Industry and Technology to produce the products included in the priority products list. It is not checked whether the move application to the Ministry is supported or not.
- Model Factory Support: Training service expenses to be received in model factories where businesses can develop their operational excellence principles by using experiential learning techniques are supported up to 70,000 TL.
