SMEs and cooperatives subject to Law No. 6102 can benefit from this support program.
The aim of the program is to open small and medium sized enterprises abroad and to increase the foreign market shares of SMEs. The project is a minimum of 8 months and a maximum of 24 months. The upper limit of support is 300.000 TL. The project support rate is applied as 70% non-refundable and 30% refund. If software certified for domestic goods is used, 15% is added to the non-refundable support rate for the item in question.
Businesses can only benefit from this support once. Enterprises should have kept a book on the basis of balance sheet in the last approved financial year as of the date of application. The company must have a domestic trademark registration certificate as of the application date. Except for those operating in the manufacturing sector or in sectors listed in the Priority Technology Areas Table, enterprises must have exported in the last approved fiscal year. Within the scope of the project, personnel expenses up to 90.000 TL, equipment-hardware expenses up to 50.000 TL, software expenses up to 50.000 TL, service (promotion) expenses up to 100.000 TL, Service expenses up to 150.000 TL (international fair and travel), service expenses up to 100.000 TL (test / analysis and documentation) and other service procurement expenses up to 100.000 TL (training / consultancy, design, foreign trademark registration, transportation costs of the product or product sample subject to export and other service purchase expenses) are covered. The project application must consist of at least 2 project expense groups (personnel, software, equipment, hardware and service).
