Special Provincial Administration, Municipality, OIZs, chambers affiliated to TOBB can apply for Business Development Center (İŞGEM), public institutions and organizations, universities; TGB managing company; Chambers and exchanges affiliated to TTO, TOBB; TIM and its affiliated exporter unions; R&D institutes and centers; foundations, associations, cooperatives and unions related to entrepreneurship, R&D, technology development; individual participation investors and businesses can apply for Technology Development Center (TEKMER)
The aim of the program is to support the establishment and operation of structures that will provide incubation services in order to ensure the establishment and maintenance of enterprises in line with national plans and programs with the cooperation between actors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
This program is used only once.
All support items are in the form of 75% grants.
The upper limit of machine, equipment and software support for common use is 500,000 TL.
Machinery, equipment and software support for common use can be obtained in the form of reimbursement support. In this case, the upper limit of support is 1.000.000 TL.
If machinery, equipment and software for common use consist of items with a domestic product certificate, the support rates increase to 90% in both refundable and grant application.
Under the program, the upper limit of personnel expenses support is 1.000.000 TL.
Within the scope of the program, the upper limit of furniture and hardware support is 300,000 TL.
Under the program, the upper limit of training, consultancy, organization and promotion expenses support is 1.000.000 TL.
The support period is 5 years.
