The aim of the program is to enable entrepreneurs who have completed advanced entrepreneurship training by KOSGEB to stay on their feet by alleviating the financial burden that the enterprises established in the sectors determined in line with the strategic priorities of our country.
The enterprise to be established must operate on one of the sub-sectors included in the Advanced Entrepreneur Program Activity Subjects Table. The enterprise established by the entrepreneur must have been established within the last 1 year as of the date of application. The entrepreneur should not have a partnership of 30% or more as a natural person or a legal entity business of another enterprise from 3 years before the date of establishment to the date of application.
This program is used only once. The support period for the accepted application is 2 years. Within the scope of the project, 5000 TL non-refundable support is provided to real persons and 10.000 TL to capital companies as business establishment support. Non-refundable support is provided for the personnel employed by the enterprise within the scope of performance support, depending on the number of premium days paid to SGK. In the first year of support, the supports starting from 5000 TL, provided that there is a minimum of 180 days of premium, are offered up to 20.000 TL if there is a premium of 1080 and above.
In the second year of support, the supports starting from 5000 TL on condition that there is a minimum of 360 days of premium are offered up to 20.000 TL if there is a premium of 1444 or more days. If the entrepreneurs who reach the minimum number of premium days reported in the performance support are women, under 30 years of age, workable disabled or first degree martyr's relative / veteran with a disability status of 40% or more, they receive an additional payment of 5000 TL for each year and 10.000 TL in total.
Within the framework of the vocational and technical certificate required for the enterprise, a non-refundable certificate support up to 5000 TL is provided for the personnel employed in the enterprise established by the entrepreneur. In addition to business establishment, performance and certification supports, 75% of machinery, equipment and software, mentoring, business coaching and consultancy support are provided.
Within the scope of machinery, equipment and software support, non-refundable support is provided up to 100,000 TL at low, medium-low technology level, 200,000 TL at medium-high technology level and 300,000 TL at advanced technology level. Within the scope of this support, if a certified product is purchased, the rate of support reaches 90%.
Within the scope of mentorship, business coaching and consultancy support, non-refundable support up to 10,000 TL is provided to medium-high and advanced technology enterprises. Support amounts are calculated on the basis of values excluding VAT.
