R&D AND INNOVATION SUPPORT PROGRAM

The program aims to support research, development and innovation projects.
The duration of the project is minimum 8 and maximum 24 months. Among the supports provided within the scope of the project, Personnel Expense Support and Initial Capital Support are supported by 100%, and other elements are supported by 75% as grants. If the machinery, equipment and software to be purchased are domestic goods, the support rate increases to 90%.
Workplace Support: Free space can be allocated in technology development centers established / established by KOSGEB.
Rent Support: The upper limit of the support provided to entrepreneurs who apply to the program only as an entrepreneur or who have established their business with the R&D support provided by a public administration subject to the law numbered 5018 as of the application date, if the business is within the boundaries of the technopark, 1,250 TL per month, 30,000 TL in total, if it is outside the boundaries of the technopark, 1,000 TL per month, 24,000 TL in total.
Machinery-Equipment, Hardware, Raw Materials, Software and Service Procurement Support: The upper limit of the support is 450,000 TL, with 150,000 TL grant and 300,000 TL refundable; machinery-equipment can be new or used.
Personnel Expense Support: A monthly payment is made to the minimum associate degree graduates for the current or new full-time personnel to be employed, and to the students who can be graduated in 1 year, by multiplying the daily amount of the net minimum wage by certain coefficients. The upper limit of support is 150,000 TL, and entrepreneurs who set up their business as a capital company can benefit from this support for themselves and a partner involved in the project, regardless of their graduation status.
Project Consultancy Support: the upper limit of only consultancy support is 25.000 TL.
Educational Support: Only the upper limit of education support is 10,000 TL.
Support for Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights: A maximum of 20.000 TL grant can be given for Patent, Utility Model, Industrial Design Registration, Integrated Circuit Topographies Registration Certificates.
Project Promotion Support: Promotional product expenses are supported up to a maximum of 5,000 TL.
Domestic / International Visit Support: Congress / Conference / Fair / Technological Cooperation Visits are supported up to 2.000 TL per domestic visit, 6.000 TL per overseas visit, up to 15.000 TL in total.
Test-Analysis and Certification Support: Test, analysis, control-inspection, calibration, product certification expenses are supported up to a maximum of 25,000 TL.
Initial Capital Support: This support is available to faculty members who apply as entrepreneurs, those who can graduate from any undergraduate program within 1 year, entrepreneurs who are entitled to receive R&D support from public administrations subject to Law No. 5018 before the application date and those who have established their businesses within the last 1 year as of the application date and those who graduated from one of the undergraduate, graduate or doctoral programs at most 5 years before the application date. The support, which includes the business establishment and office hardware expenses, is supported up to a maximum of 20,000 TL.
Machinery, equipment, hardware and software purchased within the scope of the project cannot be rented or transferred for 3 years.
