With the program, it is aimed for SMEs to develop a common working culture with each other or with large enterprises and to establish collaborations that provide mutual benefit and competitive advantage.
Supported fields:
- a) Joint manufacturing in order to increase capacity, productivity, product variety and quality,
- b) Joint design, product and service developments in order to meet customer demands and market demand,
- c) Joint laboratory to improve product and service quality,
- d) Joint marketing in order to increase their market share and create a brand image,
- e) Collaborations made to improve their skills and abilities and to participate in value chains,
- f) Similar to these, are mutually beneficial, cost-cutting and competitive cooperation projects.
The partnerships to be established for the purpose of cooperation within the scope of the program are realized with the operating organization model or the project partnership model.
The minimum number of partners under the program depends on the technology level of the enterprises that come together. Regardless of the technology level, if cooperation is made with a large enterprise, at least 3 SMEs if cooperation is made in the medium-high technology field, and at least 2 SMEs should come together in the field of advanced technology.
In the operating organization model, a separate limited or joint stock company must be established with the participation of the project partners. The share rate of one of the partners cannot exceed 50%. In case of cooperation with large enterprises, the share rate of the large enterprise should be less than 25%. A separate company is not established in the project partnership model.
Within the scope of the program, personnel, machinery-equipment and mold, raw materials and materials, software, service procurement and other appropriate expenses are supported. The support rate, excluding personnel support, is 60%. 70% of the support is refunded and 30% is non-refundable. If the machinery / equipment and software to be purchased have a domestic product certificate, 15% is added to the non-refundable support rate.
The amount of support is a total of 5.000.000 TL, including non-refundable 1.500.000 TL in the operating establishment model, and 3.500.000 TL with a refund.
Although the amount of support varies depending on the technology level in the project partnership model, it varies between 225.000 TL and 600.000 TL without refunds per enterprise and between 525.000 and 1.4000.000 TL with refunds. The upper limit that can be given per project is 3,000,000 TL with no refunds for investments to be made in priority technology areas, and 7,000,000 TL in total, 10,000,000 TL. In the other technology group, the non-refundable upper limit is 1.500.000 TL and it is a total of 5.000.000 TL, including 3.500.000 TL with repayment.
Project duration should be between 12-36 months. The material and raw material support related to the project cannot exceed 5% of KOSGEB support.
