DETAILS

In the event that those employed in long-term insurance branches between 01.02.2019 and 30.04.2019, in the period between January and December 2018, monthly premium and service certificate or withholding and premium service statement and within the scope of subparagraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 4 of Law No. 5510 in addition to the number of insured in the month / period for which the insured is notified at least, are employed within nine months from the date of their employment without terminating their employment contract, except if the employment contract is terminated by the employer for just cause, the amount to be found by multiplying the number of premium payment days by 67.36 Turkish Liras for the three-month period, including the month of employment, is also provided to the employer as a support together with the premium support specified in this article. In this context, the wage support provided to the employer is deducted from the employer's debts to the Social Security Institution, but it is not paid to the employer.

TERMS OF USE:

In terms of Insured:                                         

Having been hired between 01.02.2019 and 30.04.2019,

Being unemployed registered with the Turkish Employment Agency,

Not being notified under clauses 5510 / 4-1- (a) and (c) for more than ten days in total within the three months preceding employment, and not being insured within the scope of 5510 / 4-1- (b), annex 6, additional article 9, paragraph one, excluding optional insurance

İşyeri Yönünden:

Being a private sector employer,

Subject to long-term insurance branches to the Agency in 2018, employing in addition to the number of insured in the month / period for which the minimum number of notifications were made,

Employment without termination of the employment contract by the employer within nine months from the date of employment, except for the termination of the employment contract by the employer for just cause,

Submission of monthly premium and service documents or withholding and premium service declarations to the Social Security Institution within the legal period, if the workplace operates in the manufacturing or information sector, with the law number 17103, and the law number 27103 if the workplace operates in other sectors,

Payment of accrued premiums within the legal period,

The workplace does not have any debts of overdue premium, unemployment insurance premium, administrative fine and related delay penalty and delay increase to the Social Security Institution, although these debts have been structured or in installments,

Structured or installment debts are paid on time and regularly,

Not employing unregistered insured or not reporting fake insured,

In order to benefit from three-month wage support for the insured who are hired between 1.2.2019 and 30.4.2019, the employment contract should not be terminated with the exit codes 1,4,5,15,17,19,20,22,25,34.
