DETAILS

The aim of the support is to create and establish a positive image of Turkish goods and services for the service sectors, as well as the expenses related to all kinds of activities and organizations to be carried out for expenses related to the activities of companies, institutions and organizations operating in the foreign currency earning service sectors and located in Turkey for branding, Expenditures related to the support of the Turkish Exporters Assembly and the exporters' associations in the branding process of companies, institutions and organizations in the branding process,Turkish brands to enter and hold onto the market .

  1. A) SUPPORT FOR COOPERATION ORGANIZATIONS
  • Advertising, promotion and marketing expenses, consultancy expenses and expenses related to market research studies and reports to be realized by the cooperation organizations in order to introduce the service sectors that fall into their field of activity in foreign markets;
  • 80% for the Turkish Exporters Assembly and the unions representing the sector it operates in, and a maximum of 500,000 USD per project per year,
  • 80% for associations representing more than one sector and a maximum of USD 250.000 per year per project,
  • 50% and up to a maximum of $ 100,000 per year for other collaboration organizations.
  • Projects created by more than one association and included in the scope of support are supported at USD 250,000 per union.
  • One project of the cooperation organizations can be supported at the same time, except for joint projects. The cooperation organization whose project has ended can apply with a new project.

 

  1. B) BRAND SUPPORT PROGRAM
  • After the beneficiaries are included in the Brand Support Program by the Ministry;
  • Expenses related to the registration of products and services in the countries they have determined as target market and approved by the Ministry, and the registration and protection of their brands within the scope of support, at the rate of 50% and a maximum of 50,000 USD per year
  • 50% of their advertising, promotion and marketing expenditures for the countries they determine as target markets and approved by the Ministry for the branded products / services included in the scope of support, at the rate of up to 400,000 USD per year,
  • Including taxes / duties / fees for the branded products / services they have opened for the branded products / services that are included in the scope of support in the countries they have determined as target market and approved by the Ministry, gross rent, warehouse expenses for the warehouse, municipal expenses, appropriate site research and commission for renting the mentioned units and legal consultancy expenses, 50% and maximum 600.000 USD per year, concept architectural work and installation / decoration / technical equipment expenses of the rented units, 50% and maximum 300.000 USD per year,
  • Gross rent, municipal expenses, commissions and concept architectural studies expenses including tax / duty / fee regarding the sales areas allocated as the aisles, shelves, decorated corners, kiosks, stands, etc., which they have rented for their branded products / services included in the scope of support in the display areas / big stores / markets where different brands are sold and operating in the countries they have determined as their target market and approved by the Ministry, the appropriate site research and legal consultancy expenses for the rental of the mentioned units and the installation / decoration costs related to these units, 50% and a maximum of 200,000 USD per year.
  • Training on quality, hygiene, environmental certificates, relevant licenses and permits, and documents / certificates that are required to enter a country's market or provide an advantage in entering the market, in order to comply with technical legislation on environment, quality and human health, and to open and operate foreign units, 50% of all documentation expenses including consultancy and a maximum of 50.000 USD per document,
  • In the event that they give a franchise for their brands included in the scope of support in the countries they have determined as target market and approved by the Ministry, the rental expenses for a maximum of 10 stores / cafes / restaurants per year to be opened and activated abroad with the franchising system, 50% and for a maximum of two years for each of the mentioned units and a maximum of USD 50,000 per unit per year, installation / decoration / technical equipment expenses, at a rate of 50% and a maximum of USD 50,000 per unit,
  • In order to increase the competitive advantage in international markets, expenses related to consultancy activities, at a rate of 50% and a maximum of 300.000 USD per year,
  • Expenses for the employment of translators for cooks / chefs, software developers, engineers and healthcare organizations employed by him / her and / or the authorized company / organization related to the branded products / services covered by the support, for a maximum of 3 persons at the same time, at a rate of 50% and a maximum of $ 200,000 per year,
  • Expenses related to market research studies and reports in countries that they determine as target market and approved by the Ministry, including data mining / data monitoring / evaluation activities and financial and legal reports, at the rate of 50% and a maximum of 100,000 USD per year,
  • The expenses stated in the Circular for their participation in international fairs related to the branded products / services included in the scope of support are supported at a rate of 50%.
  • In order for the beneficiaries to benefit from the supports specified in the first paragraph; It is obligatory for them to have a Strategic Business Plan study to be carried out by consultancy companies authorized by the Ministry regarding their brands within the scope and the relevant support period. Beneficiaries' expenditures in accordance with this paragraph shall be supported at the rate of 75% and a maximum of 200.000 USD for the relevant support period.

 

  1. C) TURQUALITY® SUPPORT PROGRAM

Beneficiaries included in the TURQUALITY® Support Program;

  • Expenses related to the registration of products and services in the countries that they have determined as the target market and approved by the Ministry, and the expenses related to the registration and protection of the brands with TURQUALITY® Certificate abroad
  • All kinds of certification expenses, including training, consultancy, regarding quality, hygiene, environmental certificates, relevant licenses and permits and documents / certificates that are required to enter a country market or provide an advantage in entering the market in order to comply with technical legislation on environment, quality and human health, and to open and operate foreign units,,
  • Expenses related to the employment of a maximum of 5 cooks / chefs, software developers, engineers and translators for healthcare organizations that are employed simultaneously by the company / organization authorized to spend it and / or related to branded products / services with TURQUALITY® Certificate,
  • Advertising, promotion and marketing expenditures for the countries that they have determined as target markets for their branded products / services with TURQUALITY® Certificate and approved by the Ministry,
  • In countries that they have determined as the target market and approved by the Ministry, site research and commission expenses and legal consultancy expenses for the rental of the mentioned units, Gross rent, storage expenses for the warehouse, municipal expenses, including tax / duty / fee for a maximum of 50 stores / restaurants / cafes at the same time, related to their branded products / services with TURQUALITY® Certificate,
  • Concept architectural work and installation / decoration / technical equipment expenses of the leased unit (maximum 200.000 USD per unit abroad),
  • The appropriate site research and commission expenses and legal consultancy expenses for the rental of the mentioned units, Including taxes / duties / fees related to the sales areas allocated such as the pre-diagnosis center, office, warehouse, after-sales service units and the display areas where different brands are sold, the aisles, shelves, decorated corners, kiosks, stands etc. gross rent, storage expenses for the warehouse, municipal expenses,
  • Concept architectural work and installation / decoration expenses of the rented unit (maximum 200.000 USD per unit),
  • If they give franchises, rent expenses for a maximum of 100 shops / restaurants / cafes in total during the five-year support period, which will be put into operation abroad with the franchising system (maximum 200,000 USD per unit per year for a maximum of two years for each unit)
  • Installation / decoration / technical equipment expenses (maximum $ 100,000 per unit),
  • Expenses related to data mining / data monitoring / evaluation activities and market research studies and reports, including financial and legal reports, in the countries they have determined as target markets and approved by the Ministry,
  • Expenses related to the consultancy activities they will receive to increase their competitive advantage in international markets,
  • The expenses specified in the Circular for their participation in international fairs related to the branded products / services that have TURQUALITY® Certificate are supported at a rate of 50%.
  • In order for the beneficiaries to benefit from the supports specified in the first paragraph; It is obligatory for them to have a Strategic Business Plan study to be carried out by consultancy companies authorized by the Ministry regarding their brands within the scope and the relevant support period. Beneficiaries' expenditures in accordance with this paragraph shall be supported at the rate of 75% and a maximum of 200.000 USD for the relevant support period.
