Joint stock companies with a paid-in capital of at least 2 million TL and realizing an actual export (excluding transit and free export) of at least US $ 100 million (FOB) on the basis of customs declaration in the previous calendar year can benefit from this support.
As a result of the examination made by the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade (General Directorate of Exports), the companies determined to meet the necessary conditions are granted the status of "Foreign Trade Capital Company". Trade titles of companies that have been given Foreign Trade Capital Company Status are published in the Official Gazette.
It is ensured that Foreign Trade Capital Companies benefit primarily from State Aids in order to promote and diversify our export products, increase their market shares and enter new markets
