It is a document that is given to industrial enterprises considered within the scope of Article 1 of the Industrial Registry Law No. 6948 and enterprises that continuously and serially repairs, electricity or other energy generating power plants, large construction sites such as shipbuilding, and must be obtained within 2 (two) months from the date the enterprise starts production. This document is issued by the Provincial Directorates of Industry and Technology.
