We meet the financing needs of our shipbuilding / exporting exporters during the shipbuilding phase, support their competitiveness, and increase their credibility before customers and creditors abroad.
What is the Shipbuilding and Export Financing Program?
We meet the financing needs of our shipbuilding / exporting exporters during the shipbuilding phase, support their competitiveness, and increase their credibility before customers and creditors abroad.
Credit: With the credits we will give within the scope of our program;
- Within the scope of the contract you have signed with the buyer company, we finance the expenses of our exporters who will build / export the ship on a project basis.
Letter of guarantee: With the letters of guarantee we have arranged within the scope of our program;
- Payments in the form of advance payments to be made by the buyer company, the buyer's bank / financing institution during the construction period for the purpose of financing the ship and any interest that may arise in relation to these,
- We guarantee the payment obligations of the machinery and equipment to be used on the project subject ship as well as the forward domestic procurement transactions within the specified limit.
What is the program limit?
The amount and maturity of the credit / letter of guarantee to be issued are determined by our Bank on a project basis, taking into account the provisions of the contract signed between the buyer and seller companies. We can provide credit up to 85% of the ship contract price you have signed with the buyer firm or set a letter of guarantee limit. On the basis of the program, we can extend a maximum USD 25 million credit or set a letter of guarantee limit. In addition, within these limits, we can have the credit and letter of guarantee available together for the same project.
What is the transaction lower limit?
Within the scope of our Shipbuilding and Export Financing Program, there is no lower limit on transaction basis.
How long is the term?
It is a maximum of 360 days.
