DETAILS

The aim of the support is to turn into a support system that covers all processes from production to marketing, from sales to after-sales services of product groups with branding potential where our country has competitive advantage position the brands within the scope of the program and to strengthen their positions and to accelerate the access of these brands to international markets and to create and establish the image of Turkish goods in international markets.

  1. A) Supporting organizations:
  • Expenses related to the promotion, consultancy and market research studies and reports to be carried out within the scope of the project that the organizations will present to the Ministry in order to promote their products in their field of activity in foreign markets,
  • 80% for unions and maximum 1.000.000 TL per project per year,
  • For Producer Associations and Producer Unions, at a rate of 50% and a maximum amount of 400,000 TL per year,
  • At the rate of 80% for TIM and the Unions representing the sector in which it operates alone, and with a maximum annual amount of 2,000,000 TL per project,
  • For projects created by more than one Unions and included in the scope of support, 1,000,000 TL per Union is supported.
  • In order to benefit from the support elements, organizations should apply directly to the Ministry with their projects including their budgets and
  • It needs to be approved by the Ministry. The start date of the support is the date when the organizations are included in the scope of support by the Ministry, and the expenditures and activities realized from this date are supported.
  • Organizations are supported by the Ministry for at least one and a maximum of four years per project, starting from the date they are included in the scope of support.
  • A maximum of two projects of each Organization can be supported at the same time.
  • Support upper limits are updated at the rate of (CPI + D-PPI) / 2 at the beginning of each calendar year.

 

  1. B) Supporting companies included in the brand support program:
  • Companies included in the Brand Support Program and companies authorized to spend;
  • Expenses related to patent, utility model and industrial design registration for trademarks included in the scope of support, and the expenses related to the registration, renewal and protection of the trademarks included in the scope of support, at the rate of 50% and a maximum of 200.000 TL per year,
  • In the target markets approved by the Ministry, the promotional expenditures they have made for their branded products included in the scope of support and specified in the Circular are 50% and amounting to a maximum of 1,600,000 TL per year
  • Regarding the stores, offices, warehouses and after-sales service units they have opened for their branded products in the target markets approved by the Ministry;
  • Gross rent, municipal expenses, appropriate site research and commission expenses for the rental of the said units and legal consultancy expenses at a rate of 50% and a maximum of 2.400.000 TL per year,
  • Concept architectural work and installation / decoration costs of the rented unit at a rate of 50% and a maximum of 1,200,000 TL per year,
  • Showroom / department store / mall store / stores operating in target markets approved by the Ministry and rented for their branded products included in the scope of support, shelves, decorated corner (shop in shop), kiosk, stand (floor display), gross rent, municipal expenses, commissions, expenses for concept architecture studies for the sales areas allocated to the greenhouse for product display and the appropriate site research and legal consultancy expenses for the rental of the mentioned units and the installation / decoration expenses related to these units, 50% and an annual maximum amount of 800,000 TL,
  • In the target markets approved by the Ministry, the gross rent, municipal expenses, commission, concept architectural works expenses related to the exhibition spaces opened for the sale of the branded products included in the scope of support and the appropriate site research and legal consultancy expenses for the rental of the mentioned units and the installation / decoration expenses related to these units, 50% and an annual maximum amount of 800,000 TL,
  • All kinds of expenses including compulsory or advantageous quality, environmental documents / certificates, signs showing human life, property safety and security, consultancy for licensing, testing, clinical tests and procedures related to the branded products included in the scope of support are supported at a rate of 50% and with a maximum amount of TL 1,000,000 per year.
  • Regarding the brands included in the scope of support in target markets approved by the Ministry, regarding maximum 10 stores per year to be put into operation with the franchising system;
  • Installation / decoration expenses and the expenses related to the concept architectural work at the rate of 50% and maximum 200.000 TL per store,
  • Rent expenses at a rate of 50%, for a maximum of two years per store and a maximum of 200.000 TL per store per year,
  • The expenses related to the consultancy services specified in the Circular amounting to a maximum of TL 1,200,000 per year, to increase their competitive advantage in international markets
  • 50% of the expenses of fashion / industrial product designer and engineer employed in design and product development related to the branded products included in the scope of support, and a maximum of 800,000 TL per year,
  • The expenses related to the market research studies and reports regarding the target markets approved by the Ministry for the brands included in the scope of support, at a rate of 50% and a maximum of 400,000 TL per year,
  • Provided that the expenses stated in the Circular for their international fair participation related to the branded products included in the scope of support are evaluated within the support limit and at the rate of 50%,
  • In target markets approved by the Ministry, the expenses related to the storage service they receive for the branded products included in the scope of support are supported by 50% and within the specified support limit.
  • Support upper limits are updated at the rate of (CPI + D-PPI) / 2 at the beginning of each calendar year.
  1. C) Supporting companies included in the TURQUALITY® support program:
  • Companies included in the TURQUALITY® Support Program and companies authorized to spend;
  • Expenses related to patent, utility model and industrial design registration related to trademarked products with TURQUALITY® Certificate, and expenses related to the registration, renewal of registration and protection of brands with TURQUALITY® Certificate abroad,
  • Quality, environmental documents / certificates, signs showing human life, property safety and security, which are mandatory or provide advantage in entering foreign markets, All kinds of expenses including consultancy for licensing, testing, clinical testing and procedures related to branded products that have TURQUALITY® Certificate, with a maximum of 2,000,000 TL per year
  • Expenses of fashion / industrial product designer and engineer employed in design and product development related to branded products with TURQUALITY® Certificate, for a maximum of 10 people at the same time,
  • The promotional expenses they incur in their target markets approved by the Ministry for their branded products with TURQUALITY® Certificate and specified in the Circular,
  • In the target markets approved by the Ministry, the gross rent, municipal expenses, appropriate site research and commission expenses for the rental of the mentioned units, and legal consultancy expenses for a maximum of 50 stores at the same time, for their branded products with TURQUALITY® Certificate,
  • Showroom / department store / mall store / stores operating in target markets approved by the Ministry and rented for their branded products included in the scope of support, shelves, decorated corner (shop in shop), kiosk, stand (floor display), gross rent, municipal expenses, commissions, expenses for concept architecture studies for the sales areas allocated to the greenhouse for product display and the appropriate site research and legal consultancy expenses for the rental of the mentioned units they opened for their TURQUALITY® Certified branded products and the installation / decoration expenses related to these units, Concept architectural work and installation / decoration expenses of the rented unit, with a maximum of 800,000 TL per store
  • Concept architectural work and installation / decoration expenses of the rented unit, with a maximum of 800,000 TL per unit,
  • Expenses related to the consultancy services they will receive in order to increase their competitive advantage in international markets,
  • Expenses related to market research studies and reports regarding target markets approved by the Ministry for brands holding TURQUALITY® Certificate,
  • Expenses specified in the Circular for their participation in international fairs regarding their branded products holding TURQUALITY® Certificate,
  • In the target markets approved by the Ministry, the expenses related to the storage service received for the branded products holding TURQUALITY® Certificate are supported by 50%.
  • Limits on support apply to each brand covered by support.
  • Support upper limits are updated at the rate of (CPI + D-PPI) / 2 at the beginning of each calendar year.
  1. D) Supporting the TURQUALITY® program:

For the execution of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) and the Unions' TURQUALITY® Program;

  • Determining the business management quality, operational excellence level and branding potential of the companies to be included / will be included in the Brand / TURQUALITY® support program, monitoring their performance, activities and operations within the scope of the program and the content, accuracy, compliance of the expense documents, etc., and all kinds of audit and consultancy expenses related to the activities carried out within the scope of the TURQUALITY® Program,
  • Expenses related to training, seminars, guidance, consultancy, etc. activities to be carried out on improvement of product and production processes, operational excellence, strategic positioning-planning, market awareness, marketing, branding, retailing, public relations, communication, advertising, etc. for companies included in the brand / TURQUALITY® support program,
  • All kinds of public relations activities (PR) to be carried out at home and abroad, expenses related to all kinds of organizations to be carried out for Turkish brands to enter and hold on to the market, market intelligence, market information, national and international business relations network (networking), sponsorship, etc. Expenses for the creation and establishment of a positive Turkish goods image within the scope of the market entry and communication strategy of the TURQUALITY® Program,
  • Institutionalization of the TURQUALITY® Program and expenses for the TURQUALITY® Secretariat and personnel employment and training,
  • Expenses related to updating, renewal, development, implementation of the strategy of the TURQUALITY® Program and the strategic studies to be carried out within the scope of the program and consultancy expenses to be purchased from real or legal persons on these issues are supported by a maximum of USD 35 million annually and 100%.
